Returns & Replacements
Standard warranty period is 30 days for manufacturing faults.
We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
There is a manufacturing fault with the item on arrival, or
The wrong item was sent to you.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue.
Incorrect Item Sent, or Faulty Item Sent
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to organise an replacement/or correct item.
Full refund is available in the case of a faulty or damaged item on arrival, please email Sales@brisbanecostmes.com.au to advise us of the faulty or damaged item on arrival (Prior to being worn), please attach a photo/image of the fault or damage with a description of the issue.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty on arrival, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised.
Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, we can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.
Return Of Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you don't want an item that you purchased, then you may return it subject to a few conditions:
Postage costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in original condition.
Please note original shipping costs are not refundable. If the item is not returned in original condition no refund will be possible.
Due to the personal nature of many of our items we may not be able to accept an item for exchange if it has been worn, so please choose your product carefully!
